About Me

Hi, my name Caitlin. I'm a personal trainer and I love what I do! I have been doing this for 10 years and still live and breath health and fitness! I am also a single mom, I love to oil paint, and all things outdoors. I'm fun-loving, positive and upbeat! I absolutely love the Austin area and hope to be here for as long as possible!

What to Expect

We train for 60 minutes, and each session is customized for each client and their very specific needs, personality, and body type. I like to combine HIIT, weight lifting, functional movements, and much more into my workouts to keep the body guessing and clients entertained.
