My techniques are very easy to work with in order to get you where you want to be. There are no more health fads or trying to up-sell you on products you don’t need. I work with you to get you exactly what you want that are in line with your goals. I believe the mind and body are incredibly powerful. ACSM
Depending on what the client's goals are, most sessions would start off with a mild warm up, interval and circuit training, and finish off with a cool down. Every 4-12 weeks we complete a fitness assessment to check our progress and fine tune what we need to work on. I train my clients as people and care very much about their health. I push in appropriate manner with minimal risk in injury. I aim to help my clients achieve their goals through a fun yet challenging environment. I love what I do and I want to help others find the same joy in changing their own lives like I have.
I have many successes with almost all of my previous clients, however, my greatest success would be helping a client lose over 100lbs.
