I have been training athletes and weekend warriors for 7 years and am extremely passionate about helping people achieve their goals. I played collegiate baseball and enjoy all things outdoors. In a typical training session, you can expect a warm up, training, and cool down. Again each session is individualized to the needs and wants of the client.

Bryce is hands down the best trainer I have worked with. He has great energy and an infectious positive attitude. But the most impressive aspect of working with Bryce is his deep understanding of body movements and physiology. He is great at teaching different movements and explaining why things should be done a certain way. I highly recommend!

I started working out with Bryce to help me recover from a knee surgery. We went from rehab type work to full on weight lifting within just a few months and I can say that I am now pain free and moving better than I did even pre-surgery. Bryce truly listens to both your goals and your challenges to out together the most effective and fun program he can. If he doesn’t know the answer to an issue right away he will take the time to figure it out. He will push you to meet your goals! In addition to that you can be sure to have a good laugh at some point in your workout!

I’ve trained with Bryce for almost 2 years now and he’s been there for me every step of the way in my fitness journey. His approach is really the only reason I have kept up my fitness regime this long. I went from not being able to run 2 minutes non stop to completing 10ks.
