About Me

Hi, my name is Bryan. I'm a former skinny kid who grew up in the projects of Brooklyn NY. As a teen I couldn't afford a gym membership so I worked out at home as well as in the playground. When I started getting results my friends started asking me to train them. It was at that time I discovered my passion for helping people making a difference in peoples lives through fitness. Shortly after I graduated HS I got certified as personal trainer and boxing instructor. I proceeded to launch my own outdoor boot camp (Brooklyn Badass Fitness) program that helped people get bad ass bodies using their own body-weight and nature. That program became Brooklyn's longest running outdoor fitness program. During the same time I also started teaching a Boxing Boot Camp and abs class at Ludlow Fitness in the Lower East Side which I taught at since it opened and became it's most popular class.

I found Bryan's bootcamp class, Brooklyn Badass Bootcamp, four months before my wedding day. I had already been active and working out for a long time, had completed multiple half-marathons and worked out or ran almost every day. I just wanted one last shove to get me super fit for my wedding. That is exactly what I got, and so much more with Bryan. His group classes were physically demanding and super fun, full of motivated and great people. Bryan was very encouraging and supportive of all fitness levels, we had the full spectrum of experience, but he definitely pushes you to reach past your limit - which is the only way your body changes! This is something I believe you can only get through a trainer. A class with Bryan felt like a personal training session, with everyone getting personalized attention and tweaks based on their needs and goals.

I would recommend Bryan to anyone looking to change their body, confidence, energy, endurance, strength, whatever your needs. I promise you will get it all, and a new friend to boot. Not only is Bryan a great trainer he is also a sweetheart. You will look forward to every session. The only bad class was the one he announced he was leaving New York. Take advantage, I'm jealous!

Bryan is an excellent trainer. I have been in both group and one-on-one sessions with him and he is always super attentive and accommodating -- making sure to work with each person individually, helping them reach their personal fitness goals and pushing them to exceed their own expectations of themselves, while understanding true limitations (injuries, etc.)

Bryan helped me push myself well beyond what I thought I could do - he always believed in me even more than I believe in myself! And his sessions are incredibly fun and challenging - and no two are ever the same so I am never bored.

I have recommended him to friends and family and to a person they say he kicked their butt but that they had a great time so they didn't mind - and that it was the best workout they've ever had. I can't recommend Bryan highly enough.

I joined Bryan's boot camp a few months before I was set to leave NYC. Figured I'd do something fun and healthy with my time left. I was so surprised to find a genuine and kind trainer who cared about my well-being, along with an entire class full of supportive people who pushed each other along and made working out fun! Bryan instills a sense of community in his workout classes, and It built up my confidence and I finally decided to stay in NYC and give it another try. That's how inspirational he was! He's so great, we miss him up here!

I started off in Bryan's boot camp class I met him 2013 when I began my fitness journey 175lb heavy and unhappy. I wanted a program that would produce results and push me to my limits but also guide so that I can begin this lifestyle change. That is exactly what he provided I went from 175lb to 145lb, loosing inches, learning about information that will help me maintain my results. I will never forget Bryan because he has brought me through the toughest part of a fitness journey the beginning. Encouraging me to stay focus and delivering kick-a** workouts I was looking and feeling great.

Bryan has changed my life with his Exercise program in Brooklyn, NY!! I never wanted to exercise before, & a little secret I am 67 years old & although he had to adapt some stuff for me, I could participate in the class.
