My name is Bryan aka Brooklyn Badass. I’m a certified personal trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist with a B.S in Public Health from Temple University.
I have been in the fitness industry for almost 15 years and have helped thousands of people become a badass physically and mentally. For over a decade I trained thousands of people through my own program and Brooklyn’s longest-running boot camp program “Brooklyn Badass Fitness”. During the same time, I also taught 2 of the most popular classes in the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
Now I’m a proud resident of West Mt.Airy and want to help you get a badass body that you feel comfortable in!

What to Expect
Before we can even work together I meet with you in person to discuss in depth your goals, motivations, nutrition, previous workout experience, space in which the workout will be held.
After the initial consultation, I will design a unique--personalized workout program based on everything from the initial consultation.
The actual workout itself will be challenging but fun based on your goals.
After the workout, we will discuss your progress and make any adjustments as needed.

I found Bryan's bootcamp class, Brooklyn Badass Bootcamp, four months before my wedding day. I had already been active and working out for a long time, had completed multiple half-marathons and worked out or ran almost every day. I just wanted one last shove to get me super fit for my wedding. That is exactly what I got, and so much more with Bryan. His group classes were physically demanding and super fun, full of motivated and great people. Bryan is an excellent trainer. I have been in both group and one-on-one sessions with him and he is always super attentive and accommodating -- making sure to work with each person individually, helping them reach their personal fitness goals and pushing them to exceed their own expectations of themselves, while understanding true limitations (injuries, etc.)
Bryan helped me push myself well beyond what I thought I could do - he always believed in me even more than I believe in myself! And his sessions are incredibly fun and challenging - and no two are ever the same so I am never bored.

I joined Bryan's boot camp a few months before I was set to leave NYC. Figured I'd do something fun and healthy with my time left. I started off in Bryan's boot camp class I met him 2013 when I began my fitness journey 175lb heavy and unhappy. I wanted a program that would produce results and push me to my limits but also guide so that I can begin this lifestyle change. That is exactly what he provided I went from 175lb to 145lb, loosing inches, learning about information that will help me maintain my results. I will never forget Bryan because he has brought me through the toughest part of a fitness journey the beginning.
