Well, Hello There! Over the years of being in the fitness industry, I've learned that exercise and your internal health plays a vital role in our everyday life.. Getting back into shape and pushing your limits can be tough and challenging but remember you its not a quick fix, but a lifestyle change. I absolutely love coaching, mentoring and training women to become the best & most confident, & strongest version of themselves! I love being apart of my clients journey and watching them become their biggest cheerleader when they hit a PR or get excited when they see changes & strength increasing 💪🏻 . I am very supportive of all of my clients and I continue to push them to grow both mentally and physically everyday. My job as a trainer/Coach is not to only keep you on your A game when your with me but push you to want to be better even when you are without me! I typically have my clients come in 5-10 minutes early to get a good warmup/stretch in before each session with me. My sessions are 45 minutes long and each session is tailored to the clients specific goals. I also have 60min sessions & have started offering partner training(2 people). Depending on the clients fitness goals I may assign cardio homework outside of me or after the session, same goes with weight training if trying to build/gain muscle.
