I love everything about fitness and health. I am working toward my bachelors of applied science in nutrition to then further my education by going for my doctorates degree. I go to the gym seven days of the week. I am constantly reading up on the latest information in nutrition and health to stay up to date for myself and current clients. I work hard in every aspect, whether it's to help me or to help others. I am 25 and my goals are to get whomever I am training to meet their goals in the quickest, most effective way possible. I can also do first-timers, intermediate-level fitness, expert lifters or athletes.

A client can expect that each individual session will feel personalized to them. Having a training session built around their needs instead of commercialized and mass produced is the best feeling. I take everything the client wants, needs and tells me into consideration and combine them so that the workout fits their lifestyle and goals.
I started training a client fresh out of Army basic training in 2013. He worked with me for six months then we were no longer in the same area so we had to stop training together. His success story was that he felt "healthier, happy and looked better then he ever has." He wanted to keep training with me because he felt like he was actually getting into great shape.
