Hi, my name is Brittany. I'm currently a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at one of New York's top fitness centers. I am NASM, Precision Nutrition level 1 and pre/post natal certified. I've always been interested in fitness. I've been a dancer my whole life, I did cross country in middle school, track in high school and started lifting in college (and never stopped). I pursued a degree in finance, but fitness has always been my passion. I started training my friends and coworkers for fun, then one day I decided that I would go full-hearted into personal training and leave my finance career.

My sessions last for an hour. Usually we will start with foam rolling (if you can you can do this on your own before I get there). Then we will so some dynamic warming up. Followed by 2 circuits of resistance training, each with 3 exercises for 4 sets ( depending on the goals of the client). After that we will do 10 minutes of interval cardio (depending on goal and time allotted). Followed by stretching.
I've been working with a client for a year now and he lost 40 lbs. He has 2 herniated discs and has had both of his hips replaced, but with guidance and determination he was able to hit his goal. Now he does unassisted pull-ups with a 35 lbs dumbbell in his legs 3x10 reps.
