I am highly motivated and willing to do what it takes to make my clients feel as though they're receiving not only a great workout but a comfortable space to train with me. I grew up playing sports, and I played college basketball. I've also been lifting weights since the age of 11. I grew up in a weight room and know my way around a weight bar. I was even privileged to work with some professional athletes growing up as well as played against a few on the basketball court. I ran boot camps through high school and college which included skills for basketball.

My workouts are geared towards the goals of the clients. If he or she wants to take a walk during our session, then that is what we do. However, my first session is an evaluation of skill, strength and cardio. We warm up with static stretching, then we practice a skill which could be a deadlift or a pull up, and then we finish with a workout. The workout includes a progression of the skill and cardio.
Ryan had her son a year ago and wanted to get back into her skinny jeans she wore before the baby. She wanted to tone her arms and her butt. We worked together for 4 weeks before progress was made, but she was so impressed with the way her body was changing. She was eating healthier, had more energy during workouts and got her groove back. She was into the jeans by week 2 of training, but she wanted more. Ryan saw her arms becoming more toned and her butt was back! It no longer sagged in her skinny jeans. She also lost 5 pounds in 4 weeks and 2% body fat!
