Hi, I’m Brittany. I am NASM certified. Passed my test the first try. I have been a fitness enthusiast since as far as I can remember. I played soccer from the age of 5-19 and have run countless 5Ks, 10Ks, and a handful of Spartan Obstacle Races. I qualified and went to the 2018 Spartan National Championship in West Virginia. I decided to get my personal training certificate the following year, took the test Jan of 2020 and passed and then started my own Boot Camp and Yoga outdoor fitness class business in June. I now teach 4 outdoor classes a week and 1 online class a week. I currently only have one other personal training client, so I have a few spots open if you’d like to come train with me. I will motivate you to stay on track and become the best version of yourself!

It depends how many days I get to work with you during the week and how long the duration is. I recommend no more than 3 full body workouts a week, and make sure you get a full test day in every week. A training session with m consists of a warm up, probably 4-6 exercises (depends how much time we have), followed by a 5-10 min cool down stretch.
One of the best success stories I have had was a client named Brianna, who was never an athlete, but she wanted to do a Spartan Race. We raced several 5Ks races to get ready for the a Spartan Race. She ended up placing 1st in the first 5K we did, and 2nd place in the first 10K we did. She was so proud of herself, because she had never been an athlete her whole life and now she was one and that was after her already being a mother of 2. It’s never too late. Keep chasing your dreams!!!
