About Me

My athletic background: I have been an athlete since age 3 when I started gymnastics and then soccer at 4. Soccer was my passion; I loved everything about it. Post high school I chose a scholarship with Pennsylvania State University for soccer and while there got picked up on the track team when the coach heard I was on campus. I participated there for a year where I then transferred to Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Post collegiately I continued running track and had the opportunity to train with a professional club in Portugal for a few months. I competed 2011-2014 and then decided to step away from it. Soccer I played for an amateur league team in 2012 and then continued to play club from 2012 to current while recently just trying out for Sky Blue F.C. a professional women's soccer team in New Jersey. I got injured and did not get to complete the tryout. First and foremost I want to help anyone and everyone that has a dream to become something -- I want to be that inspiring and motivational mentor to help push someone to get to the top and to reach the goals they have. There were things I was missing as an athlete and didn't have the help and guidance that athletes or individuals should have and I want to make sure that if there is anyone that I can provide that to that I do. I have always been someone that wants to help others succeed and to offer things I never had because if I can use my experiences for anything it would be to help others get further than where I got or to achieve their own dream.

A client can expect my full attention and dedication to making them better each and every minute that they spend with me. I vary based on my clients -- some individuals I will choose to be sterner with and others I will portray that sternness in a different way. Regardless of your goal, I will push each and every person to be the best to their ability and help you build a level of confidence and belief in yourself that you may have never had. Ninety percent of all physical activity and sport is mental and I will build that mental strength the best that I can to help YOU. The training will be intense but intense to the level that I feel that you are at and I will adjust accordingly, but I will not be easy on you.

Client Success Story

I had one athlete that came to me wanting to be a triple jumper in college. He jumped a little bit in high school but his PR was around 39 feet; which was not exactly ideal for a male entering into college. I decided to give it a try with him and see where we could get. He was one of the hardest working individuals I have ever worked with and never once even during the hardest days did I see him want to quit. In result he became the best jumper on the squad jumping 47 feet and some change. I will never forget the experience working with this individual as watching his transformation was just amazing.
