My name is Brianna, however, I'm called Bebe for short. I am a mobile personal trainer that trains you in the comfort of your own home. I started in the fitness field to help people achieve their goals and break them out of their comfort zone. I have a heavy background of barre, ballet, dance and pilates which I implement into my workouts. Don't worry, you don't have to be a dancer to train with me. I actually do a lot of low-impact workouts and smaller weights to make your body lean and strong! I work with people to make them grow stronger everyday mentally or physically, I help them make that commitment to themselves and show them the importance of staying balance and flexible.

We start with a quick warmup then head to plank to gain that whole body strength. From there we start with a 2 round circuit of legs/arms/core what ever rotation we are in 12 reps of 4-5 workouts. At the end we finished with a cool down and stretching, flexibility is a VERY important part of my training and it helps create lean muscles.
My personal training client that is a work nut and sits in a chair the whole day came to me almost a year ago today. She started not being able to plank or do push-ups, now she's able to do a 5 minute plank on her toes, do push-ups and whatever challenging workouts I throw her way. She has currently lost 21% of her body fat and over 20 lbs, she now works out 4 days a week and puts her and her health first and I couldn't be more proud of her and her progress.

Bebe is an incredible personal trainer. Each session is excellent and I feel pushed. She encourages and makes you to push your limits. I love that she brings all her own equipment and each session is different. Definitely recommend working with her!
