HI, my name is Brian. I am a former D-1 football player from Florida with over 9 years of training experience. I have focused my career on mastering the proper technique that works with each individual to achieve their fitness desires. My training program is geared to help you reach your target fitness goals as efficient and effectively as possible. My programming begins with a series of evaluations and assessments. Body measurements are taken as your current and past fitness history is evaluated. Although I am neither a dietitian nor a nutritionist, he will help guide you through a proper daily eating routine that will set you on the right patch to a healthier and happier future!

I begin every workout with a mild warm up to loosen up your muscle and help prevent you from any injuries. After that we will get into the workout which will be a mixture of weights and cardio. Your current fitness level will determine the intensity or lack there of we will train at. Regardless the first few times through will be at a lower pace just so I can understand what you like and what your capabilities are. At the end of the workout we will do abs for five minutes followed by stretching. I will conduct the stretching to be sure we are targeting the muscles that were just worked. I have 9 years of training experience and I consider myself a "Goal Related Trainer". Everyone has different goals and I tailor the workouts to help you reach your fitness goals.
