Transforming lives one body at a time through gymnastic inspired fitness and body weight calisthenics. As a coach, trainer & athlete I have had the privilege of working with a national coach, Olympic athletes, and multiple collegiate figures (ie athletes and coaches) in gymnastics. In recent years there has been increasing personal interest in mobility, end-range strengthening, gait cycle analysis and unilateral movement. The quest for knowledge continues everyday as one can never learn enough about partnering with others to work toward health and fitness life goals. My passion is to freely serve others by offering a well balanced blend of flexibility & strength in an exercise environment that is primarily body weight and calisthenics oriented though sometimes weighted resistance will be needed. The client came to me with a lack of overhead mobility in their shoulders; however he had a specific goal to be able to do a handstand. Throughout a eight week program we were able to improve his range of motion in his shoulder with different flexibility and strength progressions, stabilize the shoulder, and allow for him to learn a handstand without the assistance of a wall.
