Brian and I have been training for three months now and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I wanted a trainer to work with me in my home with my equipment to teach me how to incorporate strength training into my lifestyle and Brian has filled the role remarkably well. My strength and endurance have increased substantially as a result of the workouts that Brian has tailored for me. He is able to personalize my workouts to my own needs and wants while maintaining challenging (i.e. rewarding) goals. He is able to explain “why” an exercise is being done, what muscles are being worked and the benefits of the exercise. Workouts are constantly being modified to keep them interesting, challenging and effective. While I was already eating a pretty clean diet Brian also offered nutrition advice to fuel my training. He has always been punctual for our sessions and is accommodating of advance schedule changes. His sense of humor and good natured personality put me at ease immediately, an important point in developing a relationship based on trust and respect.
