About Me

Bret has over 25 years of experience working as a personal trainer and behavioral specialist working with children and adults with special needs. Over the past 15 years, Bret has expanded his work to helping those with brain injury, MS, stroke, cancer, joint replacement and chronic pain. He holds a BS in behavioral science and is certified through The National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement Specialist. In addition, he has been trained as a postural alignment specialist through the Egoscue Method and has participated in workshops on joint mobility and back performance and rehabilitation with Steve Maxwell and Dr. Stuart McGill.

What to Expect

Postural/movement screening, joint mobility evaluation. I will help you understand the way you move (become more aware of your daily movements), teach you how to move with more efficiency and design a progressive program with the focus initially on body weight training to establish a solid foundation on which to build off of.
