Brent's workouts are fun, varied and the time flies by quickly. Full Body workouts with minimal equipment are staples of his workouts. Working one-on-one with a trainer can be intimidating but Brent's friendly, positive attitude helps me stay focused on the results. My balance, strength and cardio have improved during the 46 years I've worked with him. I'm over 40 and still love my body, thanks to Brent!

Brent is a top-notch trainer. I have been working out with him for several months and I am stronger, leaner, and all around healthier. He listened to my goals and tailors the workouts to match what I want to achieve. Brent is pretty intuitive when it comes to assessing individuals' strength and ability. He trains all levels and has great knowledge and experience. I do a mix of Cross Core (like TRX but more range of motion), TRX, and all kinds of weight workouts and strength training. Brent has me do a lot of compound exercises, so no simple bicep curls here. He has me wear a heart rate monitor so we can gauge calories burned each workout. Brent also gives me workouts to do when I travel, as well as nutrition and diet support. This week, I've burned over 500 calories in each session, which is really good for my fitness level. Brent pushes me to my limit, way harder than I would ever push myself. Every workout is different, so I never get bored with what I'm doing. I did box jumps a few weeks ago for the first time, which was a mental barrier for me that I've now overcome. It's challenging and rewarding working out with Brent. I moved across town and still drive to see him three days a week because he's worth it! Now I do all my sessions on ZOOM Which is so convenient and I am saving time and money on gas not driving to the gym!

I'm in my 70s and have been training with Brent three times a week for more than two years. Our sessions are held online, which is convenient for me, without exposing myself to colds and viruses. Brent makes training well paced and makes all sessions enjoyable and upbeat. He takes personal interest in his clients and adjusts exercises, as appropriate. Sessions begin with warmups, followed by upper and lower-body exercises that work all major muscle groups and develop aerobic capacity, and end with more stretches. I have noticed steady improvement in my balance, posture, flexibility and muscle tone. Brent deserves a five star rating and I recommend him highly as a personal trainer!

My husband and I have been doing core exercises with Brent by Zoom for nearly two years - he is knowledgeable and very aware of his client's abilities. We have strengthened tremendously from our twice-a-week sessions - and we never feel he pushes beyond what we can handle. Brent is also unusually socially adept; it's a pleasure to spend the time with him. He is truly outstanding; I can't think of a single complaint!
