Hello, my name is Brendon! I’ve been a personal trainer and an Orangetheory Fitness coach for the last 3 years!! I’ve gotten certifications through NCSF and NASM (in progress). And I’m currently getting my degree in strength and conditioning from UT! My whole life I’ve played sports and been physically active, I played football/baseball and ran track and field. And when an injury derailed my football career I decided to get into the strength and conditioning side of sports!
