Hi, my name is Brenda. My love of fitness started at the ripe old age of 7, at least that's the first time I can recall being intrigued and it never stopped from that moment forward. After transforming my own body after my first four-year round of college, members at my gym began asking me for guidance. Because I wasn't certified myself, I would always refer them to someone I knew who was. Then it hit me one day - that this, THIS is my true passion. This led me back to college for another four-year-round of college, followed by several certifications and an entirely new career path in the Health & Wellness Industry and the rest is history as they say! I have been a certified wellness professional providing personal training, lifestyle transformation coaching, and corporate wellness programming for 20+ years. Along the way, I also stepped into the world of competing which led to me competing as a professional athlete myself for 18+ years to date. I began working with competitors in 2004 by designing customized competition prep programs, as well as offering posing workshops, competition prep workshops and competition camps for athletes competing in Bodybuilding, Physique, Figure and Bikini.

I wouldn't say there's really a "typical training session" since every person is unique. I can tell you that you'll always receive my complete attention at every single phase from gathering your health history, learning your individual goals, and implementing your sessions step-by-step. Guiding you safely and effectively to achieving your goals is my top priority. You'll enjoy success that lasts a lifetime, not just a moment in time, because I will give you all the tips and tools you need to maintain your progress outside of the gym - not just inside the gym.
Dawn has been enjoying my weekly Bootcamp classes, as well as one-on-one personal training and small group lifestyle transformation coaching with me. She's shed over 40 pounds in just over six months. She's not "dieting," she's not overtraining, she's not depriving herself of living and ENJOYING. She's mindful. Always observing, always learning, always making progress with what we do together.
