Hi, my name is Bree. My first love is running! I started running 11 years ago which has given me a passion for fitness. I have completed marathons, ultra-marathons, and triathlons. I have had the joy of coaching many friends to train for 5K’s and to achieve better fitness. It made me think, why don’t I become a personal trainer so I can help more people to achieve there goals. I’m very motivated and driven. I have two sons and struggled with my weight after pregnancy. I was able to lose 65 lbs after giving birth to my first son. I did this with the help of a great exercise routine and counting my calories. I would love to help you with your goals!
I’m all about functional fitness. We have to do movements that help us daily. I love to mix cardio and strength in HIIT workouts. Burpees? Pop squats? You can do it.
