I had a client this past summer, May 2016, who wanted to lose 15 pounds for her wedding in August 2016. We spent the first 3 weeks building up a general aerobic base by running together, long distance, interval, and uphill sprints. We then started circuit training to help build a strength base. In those first months, we were able to lose 8 pounds very quickly. The next few weeks we started working on her diet and doing HITT training, as the day approached, we managed to lose those pounds and a few extra just in time for the big day.
