Hi there! My name is Brandon and I am an ACE certified personal trainer. Fitness has been a passion of mine ever since I can remember. I was involved in various sports growing up, and picked up other hobbies such as weightlifting and running as I got into high school and college. I'm always inspired to see people strive for their goals and am excited for the chance to partner with you to help obtain those goals.

From one of my clients: I signed up for some sessions from Fortress Fitness and Training to get kickstarted back into physical fitness. The initial consultation session with Brandon was relaxed and focused, the session provided an opportunity to communicate my fitness goals and get on the same page with my trainer. I chose to meet up in person so once we started working I was presented with a game plan, a breakdown of each movement, and ways to improve my own form all as we went throughout the workout. my trainer was knowledgeable and provided excellent insight and pointers for improving form and reducing potential injuries, those insights, just in the first session, made a noticeable difference in general movement comfortability and provided me greater confidence in each movement. I would highly recommend Fortress Fitness and Training.
