Hi, my name is Brandi. I grew up in the Upper Valley. With several family members in the medical field, I naturally gravitated to health care. I spent my early career in operating rooms or clinics at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Valley Regional Hospital, and Mount Ascutney Hospital. While I appreciated the scientific side of medicine, I hungered for something a bit different. I thought about my life-long battle with being overweight. And then experienced a turning point. Suddenly, I felt ready for real change. Tapping into a new determination to be healthy, I started my weight loss journey. Not only did I lose over 100 pounds, I found my purpose. I wanted to get the proper education so I could help guide others like me to lose weight and feel great about themselves--while avoiding all the mistakes and injuries I experienced. After becoming a certified personal trainer and working for several fitness facilities, I began to realize there were individuals who preferred to exercise at home. At the same time, I wanted to use my personal and professional experiences to help make the Upper Valley a healthier place. In February 2016, I put the two together and launched Bizzy Bodies Fitness.
