Hello! My name is Brandan, I am 21 years old. I am studying exercise science in college and have been seriously working out for 5 years. My entire life I struggled with obesity and binge eating. My middle school years I quickly gained weight all the way up to 215 lbs at 5'5. When I was 14 I decided to make a change and lost over 90lbs. When I was 16 I had a shoulder surgery and had to learn how to work around injury while not harming myself any further. I have one younger brother who I am also training that has lost around 35 lbs in 4 months. I know the challenges of losing weight and promise to work with you and listen to what you say about how you are feeling.

What to Expect

A typical training session will be me traveling to where you are located and working with you on different exercises and teaching you the fundamentals and science behind what we are doing and what it does to your body. We will work our routine then I can answer any questions about diet, exercise, or training that you have for me!
