My name is Bradley. I train out of Iron Core Gym in Ocoee Florida (491 West Silver Star Rd). I am a former collegiate D1AA Inside linebacker and amateur power-lifter. I have been lifting weights for the past nine years and during that time I have achieved a 500lb back-squat, 535lb dead-lift, and 315lb power clean. These milestones are in addition to three major knee injuries throughout the course of 2010-2014 and one major shoulder injury in 2013. Regardless, through hard work and rehabilitation, I was able to continue gaining strength and competing at the D1AA level, while running multiple grueling strength oriented workout programs. My time both healthy and injured through these years was focused on different training methods, schemes, and techniques in order to achieve any edge I could have over my competition. This edge came in the form of hundreds of private training sessions with former NFL athletes and high level collegiate athletes as well. I believe that with all of my experience with strength training, cardiovascular training, and athletic training, I would be a perfect trainer for any individual with a burning desire to be the best.

Typical first time training sessions generally last slightly longer than those following. The initial day focuses on form correction, flexibility, warm-up, and for more experienced clients, acquiring max numbers. All sessions after the first one I request clients arrive ten minutes prior to start time to warm up so that the hour the client pays for is incredibly productive. In all situations I will have a pre-written program clients that will be followed during the workout. We will move through workouts with high intensity and energy, ensuring maximum workload per hour. Every client has customized workout programs to fit their goals and desires.
One of my first online clients was a friend of mine. (blonde male pictured above) He came to me unable to grow his legs regardless of what workout programs he tried and how many calories he consumed. I put him on a high volume high weight squat emphasized hypertrophy/strength program and within two weeks he outgrew 3/4 of his jeans that he owned. Granted there are no specific measurements currently, but the visual progress speaks for itself.
