Greetings and salutations my good man, woman, or common house pet with above average intelligence & curiosity. My name is Brad Snedden and I am a personal trainer in Austin, TX.

Us working together doesn't stop when we depart our training session, I am always available for nutrition questions [my friend is a registered dietician/nutritionist in New York and has consulted clients of mine in the past], work outs when traveling, etc.

•A Trainer Who Makes Exercise Fun:
I make exercise fun because if you're not enjoying your training, you'll quit. Which is why I believe outdoor training is the best- you probably spend all day indoors at your job, sitting under fluorescent lights; you don't need your training to be like that too.

Every session is different and where we will start, is based on your fitness level. We will work with a diverse array of equipment to keep things interesting and shock the body [TRX, Kettlebells, BOSU, Battle Ropes] to help you reach your goals as quickly as possible.
