I attended Endicott college located in Beverly, MA where I graduated with a degree in Exercise Science, and with a minor in coaching. Over my 4 years of college I made the dean's list 5 times and graduated with a 3.00 GPA. I was a member of the football team for 2 years, I had to stop competing because of a lingering ankle injury, and was apart of the program's first conference championship in 2013. Throughout my 4 years of education, I have participated in 3 different internships: Body Elite (Allentown, PA), Vertex Fitness (Bryn Mawr, PA), and WarriorFit Performance (Easton, PA) These internships improved my knowledge about the health field in many different ways, and gave me valuable hands-on experience. I also participated in a program called Life Choices. The Life Choices program is a partnership developed between a local day habilitation group for adults with disabilities and Endicott’s athletic training and exercise science students. Life Choice participants have been coming to Endicott for six years working hand in hand with EX and AT students. Each week students design and implement recreational rehabilitation activities for all the participants. This opportunity exposed me to a vast number of disabilities and disorders not traditionally seen.I attended Allentown Central Catholic where I played football, basketball, and lacrosse. During my football career I was apart of 4 straight district titles, LVC champs in 2010, PIAA AAA state champs in 2010, and played in 3 state semifinals. In addition to personal training I enjoy coaching sports as well. I began coaching football in 2016 at Allentown Central Catholic HS. After one year I was promoted from an assistant WR/DB coach to the defensive coordinator position at the freshman level. I currently am an assistant coach on the varsity level.
