I have had the privilege of coaching an olympic trials qualifier in Olympic weightlifting. This was an atypical journey for an athlete since my client had initially started training to lose weight, and had never thought of himself as an athlete. He lost over 60 pounds, and went on to pursue weightlifting on the national level.

Bobby is extremely knowledgeable and I consider him a subject matter expert when it comes to physical fitness. He truly lives fitness. He has a no-nonsense approach to training and is able to provide guidance and solid coaching regardless of your level of fitness (from beginner to professional Olympic lifters). Being a former D1 athlete myself and having many coaches in my career I sure do know how important having a good coach truly is. I trained with Bobby 3x a week for 3-4 months. In that time, Bobby taught me training skills and techniques that really vastly improved my balance, core strength, and I was able to shed fat while building muscle and staying lean. We would warm up, do squats, balance exercises, and boxing. It was a great mix of stretching, strength, and cardio. I really enjoyed our sessions.
