About Me

I played collegiate football at Southern Nazarene University where I graduated in May 2014. I received my degree in exercise science and plan to use my experience and the knowledge I have attained to help others live a healthy and efficient lifestyle. I have experience working in physical therapy settings along with some therapeutic massage procedures. I have trained and managed more than 30 clients with each receiving quality care and service. Clients have ranged from school age kids to senior citizens looking to lose weight or enhance their abilities for sports.

What to Expect

My client will receive a structured workout session with a proper warmup, 20-30 minute workout, and finish with a cool down and assisted stretching. Every day they will be challenged not just physically but also mentally to overcome small obstacles that may help them in their everyday life. You can always count on me for motivation, accountability, guidance and expect to gain knowledge that may aid you to grow.
