Hi, my name is Blair. I have been an athlete since I was in elementary school. I started lifting in middle school for football and never looked back. I was a D1 college athlete and I still play in multiple adult sports leagues. Many of my friends started asking me for advice on eating clean and working out effectively. They saw how much time and effort I spend learning about the newest advances in fitness and nutrition. Since early 2017 I have been taking on clients with fantastic results! I focus on form and proper technique to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of your routine while minimizing the chance of injury. All clients are encouraged to take advantage of our meal planning services as results require a combination of proper dieting and workouts. I am very flexible with our training options. We can come to your gym or home or you can come to our gym either in Laurel, MD or Arlington, VA. Our routines are highly adaptable to the equipment that is available (or for no equipment at all).
We will modify our training session based on your unique requirements and equipment available. Every client is different so every session will be different. We combine body-weight training, calisthenics, cardio, weight training, and stretching into all client programs. We discuss what plan is best for you in our initial session.
I recently worked with a young mother who just had a baby. She had been trying to get back into shape but was suffering from fatigue and slow results. We discussed her situation and came up with a wellness prescription for her life. I gave her a meal plan with high quality nutrition to boost energy levels and improve overall well being. We then worked out a training routine that combined at-home exercises and light weight dumbbells. She is now extremely close to her goal weight after just a few months!
