Trained with Mr. India in early teen yrs, and have been in the bodybuilding and fitness industry since, 31 yrs. Overseas, trained the US AIR FORCE, Commanders, Colonels, Captains and Airmen/ Air Women. 2002 Awarded, Pro Performer of the Yr for GNC ( that is all the GNC’S in the US). Training is broken down per workout: 1 Big muscle and 1 Small muscle First session: Big muscle-Chest Small muscle-Triceps Second session: Big muscle-Back Small muscle-Biceps Third session: Big muscle-Legs Small muscle-Shoulders Then we rotate every week, with proper technique, and isolation so you can develop your own strength, challenging every rep, every set, every workout.
