Hi, my name is Beth. Start 2017 with a Certified Personal Trainer to help you actually keep your New Year's Resolutions! If you are looking to lose weight, keep up with your kids, feel less stress, sleep better or just want to feel healthier, stronger and more confident, give me a call. Most of us have great intentions, but soon find it hard to keep up with a daily plan that works. Gyms can be intimidating and hard to commit to. I am ready to help you enjoy getting active and eating healthy. I love walking, hiking, running and biking outside. I have ran over 18 marathons, 2 of which have been Boston, a half ironman, over 30 half marathons, many 10k's, 5k's and triathlons. I have coached Girls on the Run and taught aerobics and conditioning. Exercising can be relaxing and fun. Something you will enjoy sticking with and seeing great results.

Our first session will be assessing where you are at physically and what your goals are. We will work together to develop a plan that works with your schedule. Once put into action we will keep track, evaluate and edit as needed.
