Background: I grew up with two brothers so naturally was introduced to sports, martial arts, Skateboarding and dance at a young age. My sports background and sport of choice from middle school to high school was basketball. At age 11 I began Break dancing and now 26 years later am still dancing, teaching and part of the community. I steered into the journey I am now from working with special needs kids, developing their motor skills and being a P.E coach. Shortly I began working with all ages and clientele with specific fitness goals, needs and challenges. I have been training now over 15 years and will continue to guide, coach and be that support system we all need to reach our full potential.

What to Expect

Prior to training and custom programs, I will do a full assessment requiring ParQ, Postural assessment, Movement Analysis, Flexibility, Body Composition, Measurements, Challenges, Past/Current injuries and overall health status. Note this is not obligated up to client’s full consent. All sessions are 55min which will start with a dynamic warm-up specific to the workout. All programs are custom to client’s goals, needs and wants including full explanation and game plan. After training there will be a cool down and stretch to add and accommodate healthy recovery.
