Hi, my name is Ben. I offer Personal training for any fitness goals and any level of fitness! Weight loss, toning, muscle building, sports. Programs for osteoporosis, arthritis, geriatrics and youth available as well! Graduated from the National Personal Training Institute, and graduated from UCF with a degree in exercise science. I have certifications in bone health training, speed/agility/quickness training, soccer conditioning, and kettlebell as well! I also have a certification for cupping and offer sessions on just cupping, Gua Sha, myofacial release, and stretching all included. online training available! Sessions are either an hour or half hour in length.
Typical hour sessions include myofacial release (depends on clients needs), dynamic warmup, the workout portion (depends on the clients goals), and then I stretch you at the end. Resistance training program will always be different and will be designed for each individuals needs! CUPPING THERAPY SESSIONS include, cupping, myofacial release, Gua Sha, and stretching
I have had a 78 year old man that I have helped get range of motion back in his shoulders, helped core strength and mobility so that he had significantly less back pain. Helped several others with their stability for sports training and geriatrics for fall prevention. And many people with their goals of fat loss, toning, and muscle/strength building, including helping a lady reach her goal of 100 pounds lost (seen in the photo).

Ben is an Awesome personal trainer. He will give you the results you desire, he will teach you along the way, and he will show that he is truly invested in your success. He goes above and beyond if you are willing to put in the work. Not your average training sessions...truly personal and modified to your individual needs and wants. I’ve worked both in person and then moved to online and his passion is consistent on both platforms. I absolutely recommend if you need that extra push to meet your goals.

Ben is great at motivating you and keeping the workouts fun. An hour seems like 15 minutes! He is knowledgeable about what exercises to use and which ones to avoid. He will help with form and provide alternatives if you have an injury. Highly recommend him. You will have fun and get fit!
