Hi! My name is Benjamin. I have been an avid weightlifter since my junior year in high school and have been a licensed personal trainer for almost two years through the International Sports Science Association. There is nothing more satisfying to me then to see the look on a client's face who just had a heck of a workout or when they set a new personal record. I got into the fitness field for several reasons. The main reason is because I strive to push myself every single day in the gym to be the best I can. That is exactly what I do to my clients. Typical sessions start with five-minute stretch and warm-up followed up with 45 minutes HIIT (high intensity interval training), which is concluded with a five-minute cool down. The 45-minute workout includes core exercise, weight training, resistance training, kickboxing and plenty of sweat.
One client of mine was getting married and wanted to look good in her dress. She was 5 feet tall and tipped the scale at 150 lbs. She trained with me twice a week for a whole year. She lost 35 lbs of fat and built muscle. She now only comes to work out with me about twice a month and she has not gained any of the weight back. Another Client came to me and was looking to put on some muscle. Wanted to gain about 20-25 pounds and he has gained 15 lbs of muscle in one month of lifting with me. He started at twice a week and moved to 3 times a week.
