About Me

I personally design customized programs to maximize my clients' results. All of my programs have one thing in common -- they require effort and accountability on your part as well as myself. There are no magic pills or frozen, prepackaged food-like substances here. Where my programs differ is that if weight loss is the goal; it is achieved through health and wellness as a desired side effect. Through changing these lifestyle choices, my clients' physical health improves tremendously as well as their emotional and psychological health. A little about myself: I am Coach Ben. I personally struggled to make these changes in my own family's life. I then took that knowledge and empowerment and left my corporate life behind. In 2014 I received my personal trainer certification from National Academy of Sports Medicine.
