Hi, my name is Becca. I have been a coach and personal trainer for 4 years now. I grew up an athlete and have always been fascinated by the potential of the human body. I have my BS in Exercise Science, have coached in Crossfit, and am now focusing on individual and group training. My many years of experience cause me to believe that anyone can achieve what they want with the right guidance and motivation.

Working with me will be both fun and informative! The basics come first, and then we progress on top of that. I believe in functional training, which means whatever we do in workouts will translate into your everyday life, improving your overall quality of life and minimizing injury or pain. I will push you to work hard and encourage you to be your best. I believe everyone is different, so no “one-plan-fits-all” mentality with me. We will customize the right program to ensure you see the results you want.
Becca is the best! She makes working out fun, interesting and sustainable. Variety is the spice of life...and she always has us doing something different! Workouts by the lakeside in summer and varied yet interesting indoor workouts in the winter. You might think to yourself, "I could do this at home" -- but don't kid yourself, you never will! Having an appointment is what keeps me committed; I know I can't (or won't) do it by myself. She is also very responsive and helpful about making adjustments based on your personal limitations.
