Since everyone is different with diverse active living goals/needs I really don't a "typical" training session format to include. But I can say the core and stability training are key elements of every training session I develop for a client. Depending on their stage of life and needs/goals for same, I offer custom developed functional fitness and strength program elements that will offer the best opportunity to gain success for the individual
I recently worked with a senior individual who had been sedentary who had both functionality and balance issues. I was able to help this person better their level of self belief and capability to now complete many daily life functions that were not possible previously. I continue to work with this individual and help their progress continue
