Hi everyone. Thank you for reading my profile. I am from Budapest and few years ago I dedicated myself to help people to reach their aim in the fitness world. I am a certified personal trainer and weight-loss specialist. Also I am a sport nutritionist. I love to see how my clients starting and where they are ending up during the time when we work together. Also you have to know that currently I am out of the states, and because of that reason my coaching is online. Nothing has changed. What to Expect

I am very serious about my training, so the clients need to take it serious because it will works only that way. Dieting is very important, even if we are talking about weight losing or gaining. I also have a nutrition program what can help you loose more fat , especially on the belly fat area. It's a lifetime changing program. Do not forget that everything starts in the kitchen: 70% there and the rest is in the gym!
