My name is Barak, and I am a former college athlete and certified personal trainer. I genuinely believe the best trainers are the one's who have been injured. For 8+ years during my high school and college basketball careers, I battled through a plethora of injuries that put me through x-rays, cat scans, MRI's, surgery, rehab, braces, casts, crutches, and much more. My experiences off the court is the reason I became a certified personal trainer and learned so much about health, wellness and fitness just being injured.

Every session will be different. I believe in muscle memory and not working out the same muscles each time you exercise, because your body gets used to that. Depending on the client and his/her goals, it is important to keep in mind all aspects of exercise: cardio, resistance, balance, core, strength, flexibility, mobility, and stretch training. Combining all of these will provide a well-rounded foundation, tailored to the specific client.
