Former pro athlete and long time personal trainer for other pro athletes in many different sports. I currently work with top athletes, top business people, celebrities and young adults in elite sports, all on their way to a specific target. I have the experience and background in guiding you to achieve any goal you might have, whether that is muscle gain, aerobic excellence, training for a specific tournament, season fitness and weight loss. I'm a strong believer of being well prepared, making a plan and achieving the desired target as quickly as possible.

What to Expect

On our first session we talk about what you want to accomplish. I then give you some exercises you can do during and after the session. On our second meeting I will have prepared a complete written plan on how to reach your target goal. This includes a specific training program, can include nutrition and will give you everything you need including taking into account the environment in and outside of training and the psychology behind achieving your goal. This plan is yours to keep. Under my guidance, during each following session, we stick to the plan and I make sure you reach your goal. About me: - I'm passionate about fitness and coaching others to reach their goals - Although I do other things I'm a personal trainer cause I cannot imagine not giving back - I exclusively work with people who are serious about fitness - I only do Skype (or similar) session (yes, you can do them from your gym live or at home)
