About Me

I’m Aylon, a Personal Fitness Trainer from New York, now living in Boston, Massachusetts. I have been a Fitness Trainer since 2013, leading clients in one-on-one personal training sessions, small group training, as well as boot camp and cross-training classes. I like to stay fit, mentally and physically, through balanced daily habits of walking, running, yoga, cross-training, meditation and eating right for my body.

What to Expect

Through my one-one-one sessions and cross-training exercise classes, I have built up information and sessions that focus on form, natural body movements and overall healthiness. My clients are of all ages and ability levels, with goals ranging from weight loss, beginning weight lifting and exercise, injury prevention, and athletic performance.

Client Success Story

My favorite client success story is of one of my female clients. She wanted more than anything else to be able to do a pull-up. She didn’t care about body fat percentage, or building up a Kardashian booty. Just to do one pull-up. After weeks and weeks of training, I brought her over to the bar, and sure enough, she pulled herself up, with a bit of a struggle. Seeing her smile incredibly wide made everything worth it.
