Hi, my name is Avery. I'm an NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with a B.S. in Exercise Science Performance currently working on a M.S. in Human Performance and Fitness. I'm an active researcher and so far I've been involved in meta analysis' ranging from HIIT vs MICT cardio training to SJ vs. MJ exercises for muscle hypertrophy. My hope is to both inform and transform my clients with methods that are scientifically-founded. I currently offer personal virtual training or weekend group training via Zoom!
