I became a personal trainer to combine my love of fitness with my love of people. I want to help build your confidence while we tackle your fitness goals. As a former collegiate athlete, I pride myself on safe and proper exercise technique, and look forward to giving you the confidence to enter any gym setting. I will assess your current condition and design a training program to help you reach your current and long term goals. I'll help guide you with a loving hand to hold, and a nice kick in the ass!
