Hi, my name is Austin. I have been involved in sports my entire life. I was a four sport athlete in high school and three sport athlete in college, focusing on football. Currently I play professional football in Europe and in my off season now.
What to Expect
We will warm up and begin working hard. Expect to do a lot of movement exercises that require strength, power, and coordination. Proper form is a must!
