About Me

Hello everyone! My name is Austin and I am an Indiana University-Bloomington graduate. I am originally from Terre Haute, Indiana and I now reside in Houston. My passion in life is fitness. I am very enthusiastic and have a sincere desire to help others achieve their exercise goals. I have been regularly exercising for well over a decade via high school and college sports (football, basketball, baseball), as well as recreational weight training. I have been formally trained in nearly all methods of strength and cardiovascular training. I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer. I specialize in weight loss and strength conditioning. Let's work together and bring out the best in you!

Client Success Story

Mathew, 24 years old, was my first client. He was a high school athlete but neglected exercise almost completely since entering college. He wanted to lose 10 pounds of fat but also gain 5 pounds of muscle. His goal was to have all of this accomplished by his sister's wedding (3 months away). I met with Matt and we discussed his inspiration for change, things about exercise he liked or disliked, what other activities he enjoyed, and many other topics. After we felt comfortable with one another I designed a 12-week program, tailored specifically to his interests and goals, and then we went to work! In the end, Matt was able to lose a total of 13 pounds of fat and gained 5 pounds of lean muscle mass. His confidence was at an all time high and he looked amazing! I still train Matt today and we are good friends.
