Hi, my name is Ashley. I have been a traveling personal trainer for over 2 years. I am certified by the National Academy of Sports and Medicine and in CPR/First Aid/AED. I have specialties in senior fitness, high intensity interval training, aqua aerobics and advanced group fitness. I train either in an outdoor area or in home setting. I started my fitness journey after having my daughter 9 years ago. After training myself for many years, I decided to spread the love and train others.
