Hi! My name is Ashley! I fell in love with strength training and working out many years ago, over a decade, and have been obsessed with it ever since. I believe with most aspects of life-knowledge is power. Everyday I read health and fitness articles to not only make me up to date for my personal training career and to reach my personal goals, but just because I truly enjoy learning about health! I'm a very down to earth, sweet girl who loves working out and helping people. I've worked with young aged to old - nothing scares me 😉I believe we all have God given potential and if we choose to create healthy habits, we can reach our goals! We will warm up to get the blood flowing, complete strength training, and finish with stretching. Strength training can be body weight, dumb bells, resistance bands, bosu balls, exercise ball, etc. I switch up the tools based on what the client enjoys and am always adding variety! I definitely want you to enjoy your workout, because working out should be fun!
A current success story of mine is my client Emily. We have been training twice a week and I've been helping her with her nutrition goals as well. After 7 months she's lost 50lbs and has dropped 3 pants sizes! Her wedding is in 2 months and she's so excited that she has accomplished her weightloss goals. I couldn't be more proud of her!
