About Me

Ashlee is a former NCAA two sport athlete who is now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She has experience with athletic performance training with young athletes 6th-12th grade. She also specializes in small group training where she runs a high intensity bootcamp for adults. Other than her small group and team training, Ashlee also does one on one sessions with clients who have a wide range of fitness goals such as weight loss and muscle tone. Ashlee works in a gym in Newton, MA and with in home clients in surrounding towns.

What to Expect

Expect to sweat! I start with functional movements and mobility. I then proceed with the workout depending on what the clients goal is or their needs. I always end with stretching and cool down.
