My name is Arnell and fitness will always be my life and passion. I’m a certified personal trainer through ISSA (International Sports and Science Association) It is my mission to help my clients achieve their fitness goals and better their body which will hopefully improve their lives. I believe in setting realistic goals and workout routines to assist my clients with getting the body they want and desire. I also keep track of weekly progress and email meal plans. I specialize in weight loss, weight gain strength training, body toning and (HIIT) High Intensity training. Overall i am a chill and cool guy who is well diverse and loves to travel. Recently i trained this kid named Charlie for 3 months. When i first met Charlie his goal was to put on muscle. I informed him that if he stuck with my training program and stayed consistent he would become stronger and build lean muscle. Surely enough Charlie took my advice and after just 3 months of being consistent and working out with me 3 days a week… sometimes 4 days a week (depending on his schedule) Charlie developed lean muscle mass! Arnell’s method of training has been a great encouragement for me. He is thorough in his approach to meet me where I’m at in my journey to be healthier and more fit. Not only has he provided me with the tools needed to workout at a pace that works for me but he also pushes me just enough so that in what feels like such a short amount of time my body is already getting into shape. Since training with Arnell, I feel more ready to tackle my workouts.
