About Me

Arien grew up in Graham, North Carolina. Being a multi sport athlete, Arien was immersed into the fitness lifestyle from a young age. Arien began lifting weights and training at the age of 11. At the age of 15, Arien had his first major knee surgery. This motivated Arien to get back on the field and truly embrace the grind of fitness. Arien’s hard work was recognized during the following football season with all-conference and all-region honors. From there Arien excelled on the field and in the classroom earning a spot on the University of North Carolina’s Football team as well as 2 full academic scholarships. While at Carolina, Arien majored in Exercise and Sport Science with a focus in pre-medical. After Arien’s playing career, before graduation, Arien lost 50 lbs in 4 months. Then lost another 25 lbs after graduation. This weight loss inspires Arien today to help others to achieve their fitness goals.
